After School Art Classes – Term 2, 2026

A quick note on Homeschool Classes

For Term 2, 2026, homeschool classes will not be running.

This term, the studio is focusing on a streamlined after-school program, with two small-group classes each week.

Students who would usually attend homeschool sessions are very welcome to join the after-school classes — the approach, materials, and level of support remain the same.

Term 2 will run over 9 weeks, with classes commencing Monday 20 April 2026.
(Please note: due to the public holiday on Monday 4 May, Monday classes will finish one week later.)
Spots are limited and tend to fill quickly—early booking is recommended.
Class Times
Ages 6–11
Mondays | 3:30 – 4:45pm

Ages 11+
Wednesdays | 3:30 – 4:45pm

Each session runs for 75 minutes.

About the Classes
These are small-group, after-school art classes designed to give students the time, space, and support to actually develop their creative skills—not just rush through a craft project.

Class sizes are intentionally kept small to allow for a calm, focused environment with individual guidance, while still building a sense of connection within the group.

Across the 9-week term, students will work through a range of materials and processes including drawing, painting, collage, clay, sculpture, and printmaking. Each project is thoughtfully structured using a scaffolded approach, helping students build confidence while developing both technical skills and creative thinking.

Artists, art movements, and elements of art history are introduced in an accessible way, giving students a broader understanding of art while encouraging them to explore and develop their own style.

The focus is on process over perfection—creating a positive, engaging experience where students feel supported to try, experiment, and grow.
